About the role/school

Teach Plus are seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a friendly, two-form entry primary school in Waltham Forest from January.

The school has been rated Good by Ofsted and prides itself on its inclusive, community-focused ethos.

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that supports professional growth and values creativity in teaching.

The school provides an engaging curriculum that inspires curiosity and a love of learning among pupils.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons as a KS2 Teacher in line with the National Curriculum

  • Assess, track and monitor pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and behaviour

  • Work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote pupil achievement and well-being

  • Participate in whole-school initiatives and contribute to the wider school community as a valued KS2 Teacher


Qualifications/Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in KS2 within a UK primary school

  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

  • Right to work in the UK
