Receptionist

In the Receptionist role, you will be:


  • Managing a busy front desk to ensure an efficient and professional service for all visitors.

    Dealing with all enquiries, signposting, and handling incoming calls
  • Providing administrative tasks including maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, managing emails and post, taking payments, data handling and filing
  • Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office duties

To be successful, you will need:


  • Previous experience in a reception / administration role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT and organisational skills
  • A friendly, flexible, and professional approach

This is a permanent, part time role working Thursdays & Fridays, based from offices in Rhyl.

You'll be starting on an hourly rate of £12.21, plus benefits.
