Location: Hedge End, Hampshire

Pay Rates: Up-to £23.00

Shift Pattern: Days and Nights - 12 Hour shifts

About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Team Leader to oversee a dedicated care team supporting an amazing gentleman.

You'll lead a consistent team of 10-12 staff providing 24-hour care (days and nights), ensuring high standards of support, team coordination, and training alongside our clinical team.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting clients with Epilepsy


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Commitment to person-centred, consistent care

All candidates MUST be drivers.
