Senior Analogue IC Design Engineer
Leading semiconductor organisation are looking for a Senior Analogue IC Design Engineer to join an existing design team to help with designing, implementing, and verifying analogue and mixed-signal sub-systems for sub-6GHz ICs, while contributing to test planning and ASIC characterisation across multi-site teams.
Requirements
IC design experience of analogue and RF mismatch, noise, linearity, stability, etc.
Cadence Virtuoso and version control tools.
Power management, reference generation, baseband circuits, and RF CMOS or BiCMOS.
Silicon experience with SiGe Bipolar and CMOS processes
Responsibilities
Design analogue and mixed signal blocks filters, high speed multiplexers, dividers, bias circuits, bandgaps, PTAT circuits, TIAs, VGAs, PLLs, and other baseband modules
Work with SiGe and CMOS technologies to deliver high-performance IC solutions
