Technical Data Scientist / Analytical Software Engineer required to join a digital big data team creating models, algorithms and software applications that will optimise mechanical performance, efficiency, sustainability and reduce costs.

You will work on improving or migrating existing software functionality to Python Pandas framework and improving software performance profiling and monitoring.



Key skills:

Essential Python, working knowledge of C#.


Source Code Control System, (SCCS) or version control tracking tool experience is highly desired.



Additional:
Familiar with cloud computing (Google Cloud, Microsoft azure)
Knowledge of analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
Bachelors or Masters in any Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, (STEM) Discipline

What you will be doing:
Collaborate with Engineers to identify and define heath monitoring elements of a system
Optimise and implement algorithms.
Design interfaces between cloud databases and analytics platforms.
Work with Data Scientist on tools to clean, match and transform data from different sources.
Maintain a local database, collecting and preparing data for machine learning.
