Senior Hardware Design Engineer required to work on Intelligent Gate Drive???s for Fast Switching integrated Power Electronics solutions.

You will have experience of Silicone, SiC / Silicone Carbide and Gallium Nitrate / GaN power semiconductor modules for cutting edge motors and drive systems.

Key skills
Gate drive circuit development
Hardware design: schematic and PCB.
Circuit verification and validation, report and review.
Bachelors, PhD???s or other qualification in: Power Electronics, Physics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
IC experience: Infineon, NXP, Broadcom, Analog Device etc.
Component level design using datasheets and experienced for selection.
