We are looking for a skilled Electronics Development Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of electronic systems.

This role combines technical leadership with hands-on design, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across hardware, firmware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex electronics projects from concept to production, ensuring high-quality designs and efficient execution.
Design and develop analogue and digital circuits, PCB layouts, and support product verification.
Guide technical decision-making, mentor engineers, and drive R&D initiatives.
Oversee PCB production, EMC testing, and collaborate with subcontractors to resolve manufacturing challenges.
Work cross-functionally to translate customer and product requirements into innovative technical solutions.

Requirements:
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
5 years??? experience in electronics design, including multilayer PCB design.
Strong technical expertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and EMC compliance.
Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Proficiency in enterprise-level PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
