ServiceNow RPA Architect – Intelligent Automation Migration Expert

Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow RPA Architect to lead the design, migration, and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience migrating bots and workflows from platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere into ServiceNow RPA Design Studio, along with hands-on expertise in building scalable and high-performance automation solutions.

This is a strategic, hands-on architecture role that combines technical leadership, migration planning, automation design, and post-deployment optimization—ideal for someone passionate about next-generation ServiceNow automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Migrate existing bots/workflows from platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA.

- Estimate, design, develop, and implement new ServiceNow RPA automations aligned with industry best practices.

- Analyze and document current business processes to convert them into accurate and efficient ServiceNow automated workflows.

- Optimize and enhance existing ServiceNow RPA solutions for improved performance and scalability.

- Work cross-functionally with enterprise architecture, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful integration with broader enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.

- Continuously monitor RPA trends and innovations in ServiceNow Design Studio to drive adoption of new capabilities and improvements.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as an RPA Architect, with hands-on migration experience from legacy RPA tools to ServiceNow.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow RPA Design Studio, including design patterns, components, and workflow orchestration.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and convert existing automation workflows into optimized ServiceNow RPA solutions.

- Experience developing robust automation strategies while minimizing business disruption during migration.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-go-live enhancements.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise across technical and business teams.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, especially related to integration and automation modules.

 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 8–10+ years in RPA/automation roles, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow RPA.

- Hands-on migration experience from UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere into ServiceNow.

- Deep understanding of business process automation and workflow reengineering.

- Experience with ServiceNow integration and platform extension to support end-to-end enterprise automation.

- Skilled in handling RPA performance, scalability, and support in production environments.

- Self-driven, technically adept, and up to date with RPA trends and ServiceNow automation releases.
