MCAD Engineer required to Design Mechanical product components throughout the development lifecycle.

Working as part of a team designing complex electro-mechanical devices by performing tolerance stack-up analysis and basic design calculations.

Essential skills
PTC Creo (formerly ProEngineer) or other similar 3D parametric software (Solidworks, Catia, Inventor, NX etc) for both modelling and drawing production.



Desirable skills
Knowledge of drafting standards, ISO and ASME including Geometric Tolerancing.
Tolerance stack-up calculations.
Manufacturing processes including Design for Manufacture (DfM)
Mechanical systems assembly / disassembly.
