About the Role

We are recruiting a compassionate, energetic, and respectful Support Worker to support a female in her 20's within her home environment.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the client's daily life, supporting her to live a fulfilled and meaningful life.

The Support Worker role involves providing dedicated support to our client, ensuring their wellbeing, comfort, and safety always.

This includes monitoring their condition, assisting with daily needs, and promoting dignity and independence in every aspect of care.

You will be heavily involved in supporting meaningful activities and encouraging community engagement to enhance the client's quality of life.

We are looking for carers with experience in:

· Acquired Brain Injury

· Accessing rehab support

All candidates MUST be drivers with full UK License.
