We are seeking a Lead Verification and Validation Engineer to take ownership of HVDC Control and Protection testing and validation activities, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and coordination of Verification and Validation activities.
Develop and execute Factory System Test (FST) cases and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Create HVDC system and plant models using PSCAD, RSCAD, or EMTP-RV.
Prepare control system requirements for RTDS lab setups.
Support commissioning teams and contribute to process and tool improvements.

Requirements
Degree in Electrical, Power Systems , Power Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience in HVDC Control and Protection design and verification.
Strong technical skills in PSCAD, RSCAD modelling and system behaviour analysis.
Leadership experience in managing validation teams.
