Showcasing exceptional Japanese cuisine, the menu will feature expertly crafted dishes such as tataki, rice bowls, noodle soups, kushiyaki, and an impressive selection of sushi.

We are now seeking a talented General Manager to take a leading role in the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant.

This is a pivotal position within the business, responsible for driving service excellence, supporting the team, and contributing to the continued growth and success of this exciting new venture.
