Job Title:         Engineering Manager

Our client is a leading 4‑star London hotel based in Kensington.

We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, safety and operational excellence.

This is a hands‑on leadership role within a high‑performing team, supporting a busy, guest‑focused environment.

Engineering Manager requirements:

• Experience in engineering leadership within a 4‑star hotel or similar environment
• Strong technical background (HVAC‑R/electrical/plumbing) with relevant training or qualifications
• Confident manager with excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach
• Positive, people‑focused and able to lead by example
• Comfortable working across a large, fast‑paced property
