Property Manager - €48-55K - Dublin

MLR is recruiting a Residential Property Manager on behalf of a leading property agency recognised for its professionalism, strong team culture, and high standards of service delivery.

This is an important role within a busy and well-structured office environment, suited to an organised and proactive individual with a solutions-focused approach.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of tenancy administration, acting as the main point of contact for tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle while ensuring full compliance with lease terms, statutory requirements, and internal procedures.

Responsibilities will include responding to tenant queries, coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors, tracking rental payments and arrears, managing move-outs and utility transfers, preparing properties for re-letting in collaboration with the lettings team, and contributing to performance reporting.
