A global engineering company is looking for an experienced CFD and Combustion Mechanical Design Engineer to support projects focused on low-carbon energy, biomass, and energy-from-waste systems.

The key requirement for this role is strong hands-on experience with reacting flow and combustion modelling using ANSYS Fluent.

You will work on complex, real-world combustion systems, supporting performance optimisation, emissions reduction, and efficiency improvements across industrial and power-generation assets.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in reacting flow and combustion modelling
Advanced user of ANSYS Fluent
Background in combustion systems (biomass, gas, EFW, boilers, burners, or similar)
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
Comfortable working on bespoke, technically challenging projects
Senior CFD Mechanical Design Engineer (CFD and Combustion)
