*To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin + Nursing/Clinical Experience within a care home is essential

As the Care Quality Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care


• Ensure homes are compliant with RQIA and prepared for any upcoming inspections


• Conduct weekly reports sent to the Operations Director regarding service quality


• Conduct weekly audits, create and implement development points to further improve the home


• Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area


• Monitor results and improvements

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Experience working as a Quality Manager


• Exposure to RQIA inspections


• Passion for the care of elderly people


• Care Home background


• The ability to work over a 7 day period to include weekend visits


• Experience of care planning


• Experience of management within a care home

The successful Care Quality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,500 per annum.

This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days.
