About the Role:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Band 3 Senior Carers to join our team, providing high-quality personal care and support to service users in their own homes.

Your role will be essential in helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting


• Supporting with mobility and transfers


• Administering medication (where trained)


• Providing emotional support and companionship


• Promoting independence and wellbeing

• Kind, patient, and respectful in your approach


• Strong communication skills


• Reliable and able to work flexibly to meet service user needs
