Job Title: ServiceNow FSM Senior Developer
Location: Richardson, Dallas, TX- Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Bill Rate: Up to $70 p/hr (1099 or W2)
Eligibility: Green Card or U.S.

Overview:
We are seeking a talented FSM Senior Developer to join our client’s team in San Francisco, CA.

This position will play a critical role in the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module, enhancing operational efficiency and driving compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module.
- Build out FSM functionalities, including automated tasks for Preventative Maintenance and Calibration.
- Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance and effective reporting.
- Design and implement mobile workflows tailored for field technicians and maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution while providing training and documentation.
- Experience migrating legacy systems to ServiceNow is essential.
- Maintain a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational efficiencies.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies is required.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Must have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on FSM.
- Required expertise in ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
- Mandatory experience building mobile workflows for field service operations.
- Necessary strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
- Certified in ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
- Minimum experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks related to field service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and drive project success.
