MLR are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Meeting & Events Manager to join a luxury four-star hotel in Dublin.


In this role, you will gain hands-on leadership experience, exposure to all areas of hotel operations, and the opportunity to create exceptional conferences, corporate events, and private functions.


This position is ideal for an events professional ready to step into a senior role, offering valuable insight into commercial event strategy, team leadership, and client relationship management.

You will further develop your skills in managing large-scale events, coordinating multiple departments, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.


You will oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of all events, from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every function runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Experience leading a team in a busy hotel envirnoment is essential.
