Are you someone who is leading and managing a Design Department in the residential sector, looking for a role with real responsibility and authority? As Head of Design, you will be responsible for managing the internal and external design teams, coordinating the full design life cycle from planning to construction and handover of projects to construction teams.

Your role as Head of Design will include:

*Leading and Managing the Design Department


*Overseeing the design development and technical coordination


*Chairing Design Meetings


*Handing over Projects to construction teams

As Head of Design you will need:

*Architectural or Engineering background


*Planning and development experience


*Ability to engage with Stakeholders


*Leadership and people management skills
