PRACTICE OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED IN BERKSHIRE

Full-time | Mainly Private Practice

Salary range: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Practice Operations Manager to lead and support our fantastic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead and oversee day-to-day practice operations
• Work alongside the Principal Dentist and Business Development Manager to ensure high standards across the business
• Option to take on the CQC Registered Manager role (if desired and appropriately experienced)
• Support compliance processes and internal audits (DCME software used)
• Act as Safeguarding Lead, Fire & Safety Officer, and First Aider (training can be provided if required)
• Lead on internal audits across clinical, reception, MediSpa and patient journey areas
• Oversee HR and people management, including team development and performance
• Manage admin processes: rotas, inboxes, systems and operational workflow
• Supervise facilities and maintenance
• Support business development and growth projects

• Strong IT skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with R4 Carestream and DCME is advantageous

This role is ideal for:
• A Dental Practice Manager ready to grow into a senior leadership role
or
• An experienced Operations Manager who may also wish to hold the CQC Registered Manager title
or
• A strong operational leader who prefers to focus purely on operations, while the CQC Registered Manager role is held separately
