£12.59 per hour

We are looking for a reliable Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team.

This role will primarily involve operating the forklift truck and occasionally helping with loading trailers by hand.

About the Role:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Assist the team with hand-loading trailers as required.
• Handle mattress fillings, which are generally light but can be bulky and awkward.

Hours:

• 06:00 – 14:00 (main shift, approx.
  
  90% of the time).
• Occasional extended hours until 15:00 (rare).

Pay:

• £12.59 per hour (with a pay increase scheduled for April).

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance FLT license.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 25kg.
• Physically able to handle awkward items when needed.
