Plumber

1x Plumber is currently needed for an ongoing project in Crawley, West Sussex.

The role involves carrying out plumbing works within void residential properties for a leading building services contractor.

Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (8 hours paid)
Contract: Ongoing
Duties:

• Carrying out plumbing installations and repairs in void houses.


• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within set timelines.


• Working independently or as part of a maintenance team.


• Adhering to site health and safety protocols at all times.


• Occasional Saturday work may be available.

Requirements:

• Valid Plumbing JIB Card or NVQ in Plumbing (Essential).


• Full set of hand tools.


• Previous experience in residential maintenance or void property works.


• Reliable with a strong work ethic.


• Available to start ASAP.
