Food Production Process Development Technologist required to join a successful food manufacturing company.

You will support food product concepts from kitchen through the manufacturing process focusing on technical and quality requirements.



Requirements
Food manufacturing process engineering experience.
Process, technical or NPD role development experience for food production.
Degree or equivalent in food based or manufacturing

Role
Take a pre prepared food product from kitchen concept to production.
Generate, update, and maintain internal factory recipe paperwork.
Organise and execute factory trials ensuring accurate data collection and communication of results.
Collaborate with different departments including production, technical, Supply Chain,
Collect and analyse data to validate product performance.
