Fanuc, Mazatrol and Heidenhain metal CNC milling machinist required to join a cutting edge precision manufacturing team working on weekly shift patterns, including nights.

The ideal candidate will have 5 axis milling experience of aerospace or engine tight tolerance components.

Required
Manufacturing experience of
CNC Turning
3, 4 and 5 Axis milling
Precision inspection
Coordinate Measuring Machines or CMM
Time served in a machining role.
CNC machine controls including Fanuc, Mazatrol and Heidenhain

Role
Fabrications, machining and engine component manufacture and repair.
Set-up and operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines and machining centres to manufacture metallic and non metallic parts to very close tolerances.
Read blueprints, and sketches of parts to determine machining, dimensional specifications, set up, and operation
Operate multiple machine tools and operations.
Ability to work rotating Day, Back and Night shifts.
