You'll play a key role supporting engineers in the field, improving standards, and driving operational excellence while still remaining a hands-on Coffee Engineer.

Your Job As A Coffee Engineer Will Include:

* Supporting and mentoring Field Service Engineers across your region

* Acting as the first point of contact for technical and operational queries

* Attending escalated jobs and providing advanced fault-finding support

* Conducting site audits, coaching visits, and ensuring best practices

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance when required

* Supporting customer issue resolution and ensuring high service standards

* Collaborating with service, operations, and training teams to drive improvements

As A Coffee Engineer You Will Have:

* Strong background in coffee machines, hydration equipment, or similar electro-mechanical systems

* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with leadership or senior responsibilities

* Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Strong communication and team support/mentoring ability

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Willingness to travel regionally in a field-based role
