Regional Sales Manager - Automotive Aftermarket | Scotland

We're partnering with a global aftermarket manufacturer to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow a UK Distributor Network.

You'll be working with major Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and Aftermarket Retail & Accessory outlets across both Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle sectors.

📍 Ideal Location: Glasgow / Edinburgh 💼 Salary: c.£47K + Bonus + Executive Car + Pension + Training & PPD

What you'll be doing: , Growing and strengthening distributor relationships , Influencing key players across the aftermarket , Managing accounts across PC and CV sectors , Representing a respected global brand in the UK market

What you'll bring: , Proven Automotive Aftermarket sales or account management experience , Confidence communicating from boardroom to workshop , Strong relationship‑building skills , Good Excel and PowerPoint ability , Organised, proactive, and comfortable travelling across the region
