As a Workday Adaptive Planning Project Manager, you will spearhead planning initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless implementations that align with our client's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Workday Adaptive Planning project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and training for teams involved in the implementation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback

Required Experience & Skills

- Must have proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Required expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks
- Mandatory skills in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Necessary proficiency in data analysis and business reporting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles

Dealbreakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements)

- Legal work eligibility in Canada
- Project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent)
- Required experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning solutions
- Essential capability in leading remote teams and managing stakeholders

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with other Workday modules
- Familiarity with Agile project management techniques
- Previous work within a consulting environment
