Join a leading international engineering and construction partner delivering some of Europe's most advanced data centre and mission-critical projects.

This is a standout opportunity for a BMS specialist looking to step into a construction-led role with a clear pathway into Project Management.

Work on large-scale, technically complex builds where your expertise in BMS/EPMS systems, commissioning, and integration will play a key role in delivering high-performance facilities.As a BMS Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the BMS scope on-site, working closely with MEP teams, subcontractors, and commissioning engineers to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is designed as a stepping stone into Project Management, with structured exposure to programme, commercial, and client-facing responsibilities.

You'll be heavily involved in:

• Managing BMS/EPMS installation, integration, and commissioning


• Coordinating with MEP packages (HV/LV, HVAC, UPS, generators)


• Overseeing subcontractors and specialist vendors


• Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover phases


• Driving programme, quality, and technical delivery on site


• Acting as a key interface between design, delivery, and commissioning teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in BMS / EPMS systems (ideally within data centres or mission-critical environments)


• Experience working on-site within construction or commissioning phases


• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, and building services integration


• Experience with major vendors such as Schneider, Siemens, Trend, or similar


• Ability to manage subcontractors and drive delivery on live projects


• Ambition to progress into Project Management
