DENTAL ASSOCIATE - LEEDS

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, & ambitious associate who would ideally like to build a long-term future with us & further develop their clinical skills.

The role is mixed Private & NHS consisting of an established list of over £165,000 per annum in gross Private Fee income and 2950 UDA's (scope for more if desired) and with an excellent UDA rate .

(This is an established list of long-standing NHS patients with a significant proportion of children).

All non-exempt adult patients at the practice are treated on a private basis.

In addition, a £10,000 bonus payment will be made available at the end of year 1, & again at the end of year 2 in return for maintaining existing performance + 6% growth per annum.

We would anticipate this being readily achievable.

Existing Private fees have been generated by the provision of routine restorative treatment (including CEREC).

However, the practice is actively expanding its Cosmetic & Orthodontic provision & there is great scope for an applicant interested in these fields to significantly increase this income if desired.

The Practice receives excellent numbers of new Private Patients.

We utilise SOE Exact Software, Digital X-rays, OPT, & two CEREC Omnicam Digital Scanners with MCXL Milling Unit & Vacuum Furnace.

CEREC training will be provided for any applicant not familiar with this very versatile system.

Our surgeries are spacious air-conditioned, very well-equipped, & provide a great working environment.

Most importantly, we are fortunate to have a wonderful team of nursing, hygiene, & support staff, many of whom have been with us for a good number of years, & who help make working with us a genuine pleasure.

The Practice offers a full range of Private and Cosmetic Dentistry including Dental Implants and Orthodontics.

The practice is situated on the outskirts on Leeds.

On-site private car park.

Closest train station around 1.5 miles away.



This role would ideally suit an applicant who is already comfortable in providing all aspects of general treatment, including root-canal work, extractions, prosthetics, & other aspects of general restorative care.

Applicants completing Foundation Training would also be considered, and the role would provide an excellent introduction to Private Dentistry.

There is excellent scope to significantly enhance income through the provision of Orthodontic & Cosmetic treatment for an applicant with an interest in these areas.

• Ideally 4 -5 days Commencing September 26.
