Ireland - home / field based Midlands area

Salary: €30,000 base + uncapped commission + Company vehicle

Location: Field / home-based – ideal if you are based around Dublin, Kildare, or the Midlands, as it’s central to the area you’ll be covering

We are looking for someone who treats their job as if it were their own business to run and grow our business operations in Ireland.

The business owner is based in the UK and cannot dedicate enough travelling between the two countries hence an opportunity has arisen for someone who can run the Irish business, build strong customer relationships, and manage the day-to-day operations with professionalism and initiative.

• Strong sales background irrelevant of industry
• Someone who genuinely cares about customers and their experience
• A self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A person who goes the extra mile — even when not asked
• Reliable, organised, and capable of representing the business to a high standard
• Ability to manage operations, follow up leads, and maintain customer satisfaction

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing sales across Ireland
• Looking after existing customers and developing new business
• Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintaining excellent customer care standards
• Overseeing day-to-day business activities locally
• Acting as the main point of contact in Ireland
