Position: Registered Mental Nurse (Days and Nights)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Mental Health Nurses to join our Level 2 mental health inpatient rehabilitation service that provides care and treatment for men who have an identified mental health rehabilitation need.

This includes people who may also have a learning disability, or who have a diagnosis of autism or Personality Disorder (PD).

Reasonable adjustments will be made to accommodate the specific needs of each patient.


  • Pay Rate: £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
  • Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting 
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
  • PMVA Certificate required
  • Indate and Clean DBS
  • Valid and Clean NMC Pin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
  • Assist healthcare professionals in implementing care plans and therapeutic activities
  • Encourage patient independence and engagement in rehabilitation tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any observations
