We are currently recruiting Children Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker in the Clacton-on-Sea, Essex area for a number of residential homes, supported living services to fulfil ongoing assignments for nights and weekend duties.

As a Children Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker working for Onecall24, you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Supporting children and young people with their daily routines and activities.


• Providing care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, including those who may display challenging behaviour or be at risk of going missing from care.


• Promoting independence, life skills, and positive behaviour in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.


• Supporting children with education, hobbies, recreational activities, and community engagement.


• Showing compassion, patience, and understanding while helping children feel safe, valued, and supported.


• Encouraging healthy lifestyles, including supporting mealtimes, routines, and overall wellbeing.

• 6 months experience in the last 2 years with Children


• Looking for minimum 3 - 4 nights a week (22:30 - 07:30)


• Must be a driver with a car
