Working alongside another Early Years Teaching Assistant and an Early Years Teacher, you will help create a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging learning environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support children with their learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging play-based learning activities

  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and achievements

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

  • Support children's personal, social, emotional, and communication development



Qualifications/Experience



  • Experience as an Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

  • Right to work in the UK
