Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's busy team in Mirfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional service.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:


  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing order amendments and delivery updates
  • Handling customer queries, complaints and returns
  • Raising credit notes and invoices
  • Coordinating deliveries and transport arrangements
  • Maintaining customer records and online portals
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

About You

  • Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure
  • D365 experience is advantageous but not essential
