About the role and school

We are seeking a Year 3 Teacher (Maternity Cover) to join a diverse and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets from September.

This Year 3 Teacher role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive KS2 team within a school committed to high expectations and pupil success.

The successful Year 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining strong classroom routines and ensuring consistent progress across the year group.

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be supported by a collaborative leadership team and experienced colleagues.

This Year 3 Teacher (Maternity Cover) role is ideal for a confident KS2 practitioner who enjoys working in a vibrant and community-focused school.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons as a Year 3 Teacher


• Plan and assess learning effectively


• Support pupil progress and attainment


• Maintain strong behaviour management

Qualifications/Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• KS2 experience desirable


• Strong curriculum knowledge


• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service


• Right to work in the UK
