FLT Driver / General Operative
Location: Allerton Bywater, Castleford (WF10)
Pay: £13.72 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts.

6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

We're recruiting for an FLT Driver / General Operative to join a leading recycling company based in Allerton Bywater.

The Role

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Working on production and recycling lines
• Feeding materials onto conveyor systems
• Stacking, sorting and organising recycled materials
• Supporting machine operators and production processes
• Completing basic paperwork
• Following all health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Looking for a long-term, full-time opportunity
