FLT Driver

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and distribution team.

This is a full‑time days role with No weekends.

Location: Ossett

Pay: £12.71 per hour Monday–Friday, Days (flexible hours)

Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm need flexibility to work if required 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm

The Role

You’ll be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance FLT, supporting the movement of materials across the site, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

This is a hands‑on role that involves manual lifting and working efficiently within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidently
• Loading, unloading and moving stock across the site
• Using hand‑gun scanners for stock control and picking
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
• Manual lifting as part of daily duties
• Working flexibly across different day shifts as required

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance licence
• Previous Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Confident using hand‑gun scanners
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team
