This is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join a growing pre-construction team based full-time from a modern office in Maynooth, supporting the successful delivery of bids for major data centre projects across the UK and Europe.

Your Role as Bid Coordinator Will Include:

  Coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Working closely with pre-construction, design, estimating and commercial teams to gather technical information.

  
  


• 
  

  Managing bid programmes, deadlines and document control throughout the tender process.

  
  

As A Bid Coordinator You Will Have:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Proposal Coordinator, Pre-Construction Coordinator or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or other technical project environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Full right to work in Ireland.
