This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the HR function within a busy hospitality environment, playing a key role in supporting the team and ensuring best practice across the business.

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing employee contracts, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and providing day to day HR guidance to managers and employees.
