A leading manufacturer based near Southall is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team following an internal promotion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-invested site offering long-term stability, modern production equipment and genuine career progression.

Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities
, Electrical and mechanical fault finding
, Planned preventative maintenance
, Reactive breakdown repairs
, Continuous improvement activities
, Supporting production performance and machine reliability
, Maintaining health and safety standards across the site

You'll be working on equipment including flow wrappers, weighers, tray sealers and cartoners.

About You
, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
, Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
, Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging or automated production environments
, Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
, Proactive approach with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
