We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our busy Technical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with food industry experience, or a food science/food technology graduate, looking to develop their career within a successful and growing business.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you'll support the Technical team in ensuring products meet customer, legal and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining product specifications.
• Reviewing artwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Managing technical documentation with excellent attention to detail.
• Responding to customer technical enquiries.
• Assisting with customer complaints and investigations.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Maintaining compliance documentation, including BRCGS standards.
• Providing general administrative support to the Technical team.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in a food technical, quality or compliance role, or a food-related degree.
• Knowledge of BRCGS Food Safety Standards.
• Experience supporting audits is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
