Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to manage valuations, final accounts and project cost control in Kent.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £70,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Duties:

• Preparing and managing monthly valuations, retention recovery and final accounts


• Project cost analysis, cost estimation, budget monitoring and variations


• Tendering, tender document review and value engineering


• Feasibility studies, financial viability and long-term cost/sustainability considerations


• Managing the order book and quarterly WIP assessments


• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, and collaborating with the project team to improve financial performance
