Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire

Pay Rates: £14.00 to £22.00

Shift Pattern: Days, Waking Nights and Sleep-ins

About the Role

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker looking to make a genuine difference? Join our exceptional complex care team, supporting clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will support clients with daily living, community activities, and their therapy sessions, ensuring they feel safe, encouraged, and able to participate fully.

We are looking for outgoing, motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic Support Workers who want to make a positive difference and are confident working with complex needs.

We are a small, supported living service providing personalised, high-quality care to three clients, two males and one female.

Our clients enjoy accessing the community, swimming, hydrotherapy, therapy sessions, and regular days out, and we are committed to supporting them to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

We are looking for carers with experience in:

· A proven track record of going above and beyond, one of our core values at OneCall24Healthcare, to help clients achieve meaningful social outcomes and make a positive impact on their lives.

· Cerebral Palsy - supporting mobility, communication and daily living

· Learning Disability - promoting independence and meaningful engagement

· Manual Handling - safe transfers and mobility support

· Medication Support - administering and recording medication accurately

· Wheelchair Support - safe use and positioning

· Communication Devices - supporting clients to express themselves

Requirements:

· Valid UK manual driving license

· Comfortable working in and around water

· Commitment to person centred care and positive outcomes

· Full-time contracted hours available following successful probation
