Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative – Rotating 3 Shifts

Monday to Friday
Temporary to Permanent

You must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation:

• 6am–2pm
• 2pm–10pm
• 10pm–6am

If you are looking for days only or fixed shifts, this role will not be suitable.

Aqumen Recruitment is looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative to join an established recycling business in Allerton Bywater.

This is a hands-on role combining FLT driving and production work, so you must be happy to get off the truck and support the wider team.

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT
• Moving and organising materials
• Feeding materials into production
• Working on recycling/production lines
• Supporting machine operators
• Keeping your work area safe and tidy

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT experience
• Happy to do production work alongside FLT driving
• Able to work all 3 rotating shifts
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• Looking for a long-term role

• £13.72 per hour
