MLR are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Sales & Marketing Manager to join a busy 4-star hotel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and driving the commercial performance of a property.



You will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, building strong corporate partnerships, conducting sales calls, client meetings and site inspections, and ensuring the hotel remains competitive within the market.

You will also work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns and advertising activity to maximise the hotel's profile and generate additional business.

The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, commercially minded and confident in developing new business.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering results.
