This is a great opportunity for someone with a plumbing background who has developed wider multi-trade skills and enjoys working on a variety of building services and maintenance tasks.

You'll be responsible for attending customer sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and using your plumbing and general maintenance experience to diagnose and resolve issues.

Your Role As A Multi-Trader Will Include:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across customer sites.

  • Plumbing repairs, maintenance and fault finding.

  • General building maintenance and multi-trade repairs.

  • Basic electrical, mechanical and carpentry tasks where required.

  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently.

  • Working directly with customers and providing a professional service.

  • Completing maintenance work to a high standard while following health and safety procedures.


The Successful Multi-Trader Will Have:

  • A strong plumbing background / carpentry with experience in general maintenance or multi-trade work.

  • Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance.

  • Good practical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working independently at customer sites.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.
