FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: WF1
Pay: £13.89 per hour
Shifts: 6am–2pm 
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy textiles manufacturer.

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and stock around the manufacturing site, supporting the production and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving raw materials, finished products and stock around the site
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Keeping stock organised and stored safely
• Supporting the production team when required
• Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working area

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT experience preferred
• Experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work as part of a team
