This is a great opportunity for someone with a maintenance background who has developed wider multi-trade skills and enjoys working on a variety of building services and maintenance tasks.

You'll be responsible for attending customer sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and using your plumbing and general maintenance experience to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across customer sites.


• Plumbing repairs & maintenance


• General building maintenance and multi-trade repairs, mainly in bookmakers


• Basic carpentry tasks


• Commutable the Harlow area

• A general maintenance / multi-trade work background (E.G plumbing, Carpentry


• Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance.


• Good practical and problem-solving skills.


• Comfortable working independently at customer sites.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Ability to commute to the Harlow area
