MLR are currently recruiting for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join a busy and well-established 4 star hotel in Dublin.

For this particular opportunity, we are very keen to speak with experienced Accommodation Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career and broaden their operational experience across the wider Rooms Division.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the department, with a strong focus on accommodation standards, guest experience, team development and operational performance.

You will ideally have strong experience managing a busy accommodation department, with responsibility for large teams, rostering, budgets, labour costs and maintaining consistently high standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Accommodation Manager looking to progress into a broader senior management position while building on their existing strengths and experience.
